Attic Selfstor - Belleville

I was missinformed about the 1/2 price first month.

It was advertised on the website that I would get 1/2 price for the first month of rent. But when I talked with the representative, he said it would be only from the date that I rented the space until the first of June, which was only a week. This was clearly false advertising!

Update

After having a not so great experience moving out, I got a call from the main office with an apology and agreement to refund my deposit. The unit itself was great, the customer service needs some work and I was informed they are doing so. Glad to have received a phone call to make things right.

Easy to reserve, unit was in great shape and cleaned. Love that there is a gate and cameras. Customer service was really helpful as well.

Great service until you need something or have a questions.

I made three calls and spoke with three different customer service reps. Was told I did not have to pay the last bill that I was getting notice for. I was also told it was noted in my summary notes. I called fourth time and still owed money with a late fee. I cleaned out the next day, and left it in better shape than when I first arrived. Now they have kept my deposit after paying the rent because there was a late fee. What a mess. Customer service reps need to get trained. Was also told they spoke with the owner, if so - very bad customer relations.

Just moved in. Reserving and leasing was smooth. So far so good. I have asked what percent and how often there will be a price increase and am currently waiting for the information. I have rented at several self storage facilities over the past decade and this facility is by far the best!

Convenient and easy access.

Convenient and unit is easy to get to. The location is perfect for our needs. The person I talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable. The property is well kept and clean.

We needed to upgrade unit size before we moved in, they madeit very easy and were very helpful!!

They lie to you, I've had 3 different people call me and I told each one of them what I wanted and it had to be changed 3 different times, then I asked if I could pay at the facility and they all said yes, I was coming from Indy, I was about to turn on the street when a different man calls me and informs that I had to do everything on the phone, I wouldn't of mind if they told me the first time, oh and they wouldn't let me off the phone while I was driving, they are very, very unprofessional and really rude. Good luck Everyone.

I had Great experience with my move as the facility was the cleanest I have ever experienced.

Excellent value.

Cleanliness would have been 5 stars but for the unit not having been swept out. Whether previous renter didn't sweep it or the wind blew debris in, not known.
