Reserved online, then showed up to view the premises. Met with Diona - she she was very helpful and friendly. She showed us the unit that we could rent and helped us complete the reservations. Thanks Diona!

Priced right

Priced right, Dionna the manager terrific, sized right for me. Downside, $24.00 move-in fee, nobody helped me move and the unit bldg is very musty and after a closer look the mouse bait not so attractive.

Property manager told me my trailer...

Property manager told me my trailer would fit. Isaid I didn't think so. He said it would. When I got there, Trailer would not fit!! Tim the manager said it was my problem and there was no refunds!! District Manager said she would give me a refund do to Tim not being right about garage. So far no refund!! Bunch of lies. Can't believe anything they say.

I called today and spoke with Tim about moving to Illinois and he was so helpful and knowledgeable! I really appreciated him going through my needs and even going the extra mile answering questions about the surrounding area. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

Meticulously maintained, excellent manager Tim, former manager Ganeen equally superb, never had a problem in seven years. Could not be happier. Zero damage to my stuff. Open every time they were supposed to be open. In a neighborhood that feels very safe.

Tim was exceptional from start to end. He got me set up in my storage quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond to come to my unit and spray the door to make sure it slid open easily, and even called me after I left to let me know I forgot to lock my unit.

My best experience so far is with Tim @ the Willowbrook location, he is very thorough and has given many calls to check on my progress with Customer Support inquires. Also, he wanted to check on my current and future rental needs. I believe he is a great asset to Public Storage with his great personality and efficiency to handle rental inquires and or issues...p I would give him 10 stars! Thanks for added him to your team!

My son was looking for storage spot close to our house in Western Springs. He did his homework and checked out various ones and came home and said I got the best deal stating Public Storage was the best and the gentleman, Tim was really nice and helpful. So we went and sure enough Tim was very helpful, explained EVERYTHING and very professional along with being courteous and professional. He was the main reason my son wanted to store with your company. I too agreed. Tim should get recognition for his professionalism and politeness. Others my son visited was not even close to how professional Tim was with myself and my son. I thank you for allowing me to rate your company!!
