The facility I'm using is clean and the property managers I met were efficient helpful and friendly. The only suggestion is that they should direct moving trucks that are 26 feet long to enter through the exit door instead since the internal beams prevent sufficient mobility for the truck.

went to this particular facility due to the locale & hours. I keep xtra supplies & equipment in there for my business so I will be accessing it at least a couple of times per wk. I know its an old building & I also however when Im in there each times my sinuses start getting very irritated and actually start to burn. this has not happened where I kept it previously. can something be done to clean it more often perhaps? - I SURE HOPE SO. thank you very much, Paul R.

Latoya was extremely helpful in setting up our new unit. Evelyn we talked to initially and was also very helpful.

The service at public storage is very satisfying. Property manager Evelyn ALWAYS has the property CLEAN and is very welcoming. Latoya is also very nice. You need storage COME see these girls.

La Toya provided an excellent customer services. She listened and explained everything with great personality . La Toya was very respectful and culturally very sensitive towards the customers.

As far as storage rental is concerned, this is a great facility with a bunch of options. Two things to know - first, for all storage rental: Remember you need to provide (or buy from them) a lock that's more secure than a standard combination lock -- and also remember you have to pay for a minimum amount of insurance which adds to the monthly cost. The representative I dealt with, Evelyn, was extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork in order and giving us the tour / orientation. The only issue is: If she has to leave the office area and go into the storage area, nobody else can access the office until she comes back. Maybe they need another employee on site to prevent these gaps in service. Other than that, everything seemed efficient and trustworthy.

Public Storage is a stable, trusted company ...

Over the many years of using Public Storage, I have found that I could consistently give them a "5". Anything with which I need help, they've responded. I like that they'll often have managers living on site, they have cameras and lights, and they still keep that $1 offer going which also gives one a chance to "feel out" the property and its management. Am still using them even now (and I have tried and used a couple other companies in the interim--but not with the same degree of satisfaction). Thanks Public Storage for helping us with our needs, and keeping it all a pleasant experience.

It's all about LOCATION

Each location for Public Storage is going to be different. I first went to an older location and would never have stored my property there (especially since it was priced exactly the same as the newer/cleaner/easier to access properties). Ultimately, the location I chose was close-to-home, clean and secure. I would recommend the location I chose.

Great Experience

I made my reservation on-line. I was called the following day by staff to confirm and set up a time to come over. I was walk through the storage facility and shown my unit. The whole process was very easy! The staff members that I met were fantastic and so very helpful! I would definitely use this facility again!

Great Service

Thank you for the great service. Both the employees I worked with were knowledgeable and friendly. The only problem is the gate key pad is broken so I need to go to the far side of the building and walk through the entire facility to open the garage door.
