I am from out of state on assignment and needed to store some items. After driving around to find it, I could not. Calling the facility, the office person came to Walmart and guided me there. That is amazing customer service. Check in was easy and the person had to stay late to finish my check in. Keep up the good work. Unit was easy to find and clean.

Easy to book online. The staff is friendly and helpful. The storage place is on a deadend road, and is well lit inside and out making it a very safe and secure. I would highly recommend renting here. :)

I feel comfortable knowing there is property manager on site. Also knowing I have 24/7 access to our storage facility is great. Also having a gated entrance is a huge plus.

Best Storage Experience!

I just moved here from Chicago and used a storage place there that had big holes in the wall, lots of spiders and webs and still charged me $50 for a 5x5 space. And that was an indoor storage space. This new place in Springfield was a totally different experience! My storage space was very clean, pallets were put down for us for the boxes and the owners were so friendly that I felt like they were going to offer us a home cooked meal in addition to the storage space! Great experience!

This place is the best with a lot of extra space

I like the fact that I can reserve the unit before I'm ready to move in. When the day comes to move in they know who you are and will be ready. They explain everything and give u extra time to pay the storage on the due date but a cheap late fee which I love
