    I have dealt with public storage before...

    I have dealt with public storage before and I just love them. They are very friendly and professional. My experience with them are always pleasant. They are there for me with every step I take with storing my belongings.

    Super convenient

    Easy to book online, the night before (needed a space in a pinch) The manager was onsite (on a Sunday afternoon, even) was EXTREMELY helpful We got to preview the space and eyeball it to see if our stuff would fit Intake process is seamless, with autopay Access hours are reasonable Price is VERY reasonable I love this place!

    Excellant customer service

    Excellant customer service when I rented storage locker. Was able to look at locker before signing on the dotted line. Used Public Storage 19 years ago at another location and had great service too.

    Good meet with staff.

    I have no complaint about the service received by property manager. She was awesome, took time to explain everything. Updated me on late payments and how to avoid those fees. I have one set back my internet price was different from my in store price. Also I don't recall seeing any the insurance requirements. All in all good job.
