    Smooth Check in, nice facility

    Mandatory insurance in fine print was a surprise, increasing price considerably. Also rear alley access is a little difficult to figure out, not well sign posted. Check in agent very helpful and knowledgeable, 5 stars there.

    Kind, understanding employees

    The employees were great! The only issue I have is that when I made the booking, I was told to give an arrival time and to let them know if it was going to change AT ALL so that they could make sure to be there. I told them 4 pm, and I arrived at 4 pm. However, no one showed to actually check me into my unit until 4:30 after making calls and waiting outside. When the employees did arrive, they were very kind and helpful, it was just very frustrating due to us having missed an appointment at 5 because of it. I understand some days are hard, so I would still recommend this place, I'm just mentioning my personal experience.

    Excellent customer service

    I’m always to to find a unit at a better price than the size I have for the last 3 yrs. The staff does an amazing job on updating me on bigger units at a cheaper price than I have now. I’m in the process of just renting 2 unit for the price of one at this location.
