    I needed storage in a rush and they delivered!

    This was a very clean and very reliable place to store my things after moving back to chicago. I'm a single female and I felt very safe every time I came to this facility. The staff is very helpful and helped facilitate a change to a different Extra Space Storage storage space when my needs changed. I love having 24 hour access bc we don't always live in a 9-5 world and things come up at all hours. I'm able to securely get my things in and out without worrying about theft or my safety.

    Pricing stinks

    This place seems higher than other places nearby and they can raise rates on you arbitrarily by 30 or 40% which is ridiculous. And they can charge a late fee of another 30 or 40% which is also ridiculous. Highway robbery. I recommend looking elsewhere especially the public storage at Lincoln and Devon.
