Clean facility, just what we were looking for

Not the best

My reservation was set for Monday at the romeoville location. I drove from North Carolina, received a confirmation that I was ready to move in the day of, and once I got there, there was no reservation in place. I received a call the week before from the manager telling me that my unit had to be canceled because another customer had to move into it, but that come Monday I would have another unit. I was forced to relocated to the Plainfield location which is farther from my home. I am highly disappointed in the lack of communication.
