Everything was easy. The manager was very helpful with getting the paperwork completed. The facility is very clean. Dollies were readily available.

Does the job for work equipment storage

Pros: convenient location; like being able to drive into climate-controlled facility; price is reasonable for unit Cons: hidden fees ($29 admin fee); customer service* I received initially left a bit to be desired (see below) *While ultimately nice and helpful, when I came in to rent my pre-reserved unit on a Saturday, the representative at the desk was on the phone & let me stand there waiting for a good 10-15 minutes while she was chatting before finally assisting me. When she got off she told me she was on with her boss’s boss. I have a worked in customer service a long time and would be willing to bet that if she had told him she had a customer waiting he would’ve been fine with her putting him on hold or calling him back. Instead, she continued her casual conversation and let me wait. She also wasn’t wearing a mask despite Illinois mask mandate and was also coughing due to “allergies”. After coughing she finally said “oh.. guess I could put my mask on”. (Ya think!?) Again, she was ultimately fine when it came to admin and walking me to the unit, but not a great first impression. If I hadn’t just moved everything out of another unit & had a car load of equipment I needed to put in storage right then & there, I likely would’ve walked out & rented elsewhere based on the first interaction/lack of respect for my time.

Great Facility

I am very pleased with the Life Storage facility in Libertyville, Illinois. It is very clean, safe and all units are inside. They have a few drive in docks to park your vehicle to unload and use their carts to go to your unit. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a extra storage unit. Many different size units are on the premises.

great location easy to get in and out of and clean. also great customer service at the facility. many supplies if needed are also available to purchase at a great price. email promotions are given with all different kind of deals would recommend to family and friends.
