    I got a storage unit last week and Denise was extremely helpful, pleasant, and thorough. The experience was pretty seamless and only took a few minutes to complete.

    2nd time I went

    First day was fine, however the second time I went elevator smelled of cigarettes and urine. Elevators and facility needs a good scrubbing.

    Carolyn is wonderful! Very helpful! Storage facility is clean and well lit. Always secure. The only issue I have is public storage raised the cost of the unit by more than double at the beginning of the year.

    Great customer service

    Carolyn (Harwood Heights property number 27501) has helped my family twice. Both times she has shown exceptional customer service. She is reasonable and very patient. I like that she talks with a smile. It made us feel genuinely welcome. I am happy that my family chose this property for our storage needs.

    Very pleased with their storage space offers and benefits.

    Very please with everything at Public Storage. Happy to keep my personal items inside my storage space for a number of months needed. Very convenient in getting in and out of the place and the hours are really good from early morning to late evening.
