    The only thing I had an issue with is...

    The only thing I had an issue with is that I was basically told that I had to purchase the renters insurance before I could verify with my home insurance company that my stuff in storage would be covered under my homeowners policy. So now I'm inconvenience by having to come back there during office hrs & told I had to redo my rental agreement

    Highly recommend!

    I HAVE USED PUBLIC STORAGE MANY TIMES AND ALWAYS HAD GREAT SURVICE. STAFF ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to store something!

    Public Storage met my needs perfectly.

    I was able to reserve my locker online, and received a discount by doing so. Shortly after, I received a voicemail with a confirmation from Maria at the storage facility. Since I was driving, I could not return the call, but I was nearby so I went directly over there. She was so courteous and helpful, even though it was close to closing time. I had my locker all set up in record time and was able to start using it right away. I've used this particular storage facility once before with no complaints, but the wonderful service I received by Maria was fantastic!
