Your rate is locked for 12 months. Guaranteed. The big chains advertise a cheap first month, then raise your rent a few months later. We dont. Your regular monthly rate wont go up for a full year. Move-in specials are a bonus discount on top of that: when a special ends, you simply pay your regular rate, locked for 12 months from move-in. Room for the big stuff. Drive-up 10x20, 10x25 and 12x25 units with wide aisles: pull right up and unload a whole house, a workshop or your business inventory. We also have outdoor parking for RVs, trailers and work vehicles. More room in the small ones, too. Our 5x10s are actually 6x12, giving you 44 more space at the 5x10 price. Real people, every time.
