    All good

    Everything worked out well. The space and process were good. The booking process had a few kinks that prevented me from completing my contract online, but the office staff got me taken care of.

    Very clean

    Very clean and reasonably priced indoor, climate controlled storage. The price listed online does not include insurance fee. mine added an additional $12 a month, which is reasonable. Just be aware there will be an insurance fee.

    Moved son out of dorm room

    The school year has ended for my son's 1st year of college. I needed somewhere to store his items that he will take back with him to college next year as we live in Atlanta, GA...quite a hike to Elgin, IL. Judy was sooooo helpful. She walked me through EVERYTHING over the phone prior to my arrival and answered all of my questions. She was AMAZING, and it turned out to be a very smooth transaction and experience. If looking for a clean well kept storage facility, choose CubeSmart. You won't regret it.

    Great customer service

    The building is so clean and Carolyn in the office was wonderful. She showed me around and was patient in looking at different units. Thus was so easy. After hearing nightmare stories about some places, this met and exceeded expectations.
