I just moved in to Storage Mart and so far I am pleased with the storage facility. It is clean and well lit, moving in was a breeze.

Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Easy move in and had a dolly to use free of charge. All my questions were answered and I even got my first month free!!

- Store manager was prompt in answering questions in advance - He was also flexible with providing cart after hours if I inform him on any specific day, which really made me happy Suggestion - Can be made better by implementing locks integrated on doors itself.

This place has very competitive prices and is easy to access. My only two complaints would be witnessing staff being relatively rude to another storage renter. The individual had come into the store/office space and the staff looked at them and said rather rudely "what do you want?" Them a moment later "sorry, can I help you?". Also the unit building was rather messy at some points, which is more of an issue I'm assuming of other renters (trash on the floor, etc). All in all, glad I went with them however those two items make it hard to give full stars.

This is our first time using a storage unit, so we have nothing to compare it to, but the service was really good. The people friendly and Jason helped show us everything. Would definitely recommend this storage unit.

I just wish I did not have to go all tge c way to front desk, just to get a cart, but other than that, it is pretty good.

Friendly, timely. Don't like the fact that I have to call ahead of time if I need a pully to transport items when office is closed
