Couldnt have asked for a more perfect manger to work with. Tenekia is a model of what customer service should be like. When I thought my day couldnt keep going wrong sge brought me some sunlight through my gray sky....she really came through for me having at least one thing go right for me. Thank you Tenekia for going above and beyond.

The move in was very simple. The young lady working was very helpful.

My original reserved unit was too small. It took 5 minutes to get a larger space and it didn't cost a fortune.

Clean Facility and helpful staff

The Public storage in Golf road has clean facility and helpful staff.Choices of storage size to your needs are available, and this location is very convenient to where I live.The only thing is, the building is already old and is not climate controlled.Prices go up every year and when there is heavy rain, it floods.

The place is generally acceptable but has some negatives. It's supposed to be climate controlled but this doesn't seem to be the case throughout because it gets very warm in the summer and the outside doors are propped open. One of two elevators doesn't work and hasn't since I moved in. There's a bathroom but it's routinely inaccessible and not always kept stocked with supplies. There's a security issue because the front gate manual door has a flaky latch so sometimes it's possible for anyone to enter the off the street.

We have storrage her for over two year and lady at the front desk ( temekia) is very nice to us.

I went in this location few hours ago and me and my husband is surprise for the service that we received its very friendly and nice people around, Temekia and Molly are those two beautiful people at the front desk, they will help you out in every thing they can. Temekia show us around, and show all kinds and sizes of the storage until finally we decide which one fit our needs. I wish all people in public storage is like them help the customer and make their life easier , cheers

Excellent facility kept very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything you need to store (tape, boxes, padding, plastic) is available to purchase. They also provide flatbed carts to make moving a breeze. Checkout was easy. 5 Stars. I will use again.
