I booked a reservation for this facility via sparefoot and received a call shortly after from the facility staff to confirm the reservation. Completing the paperwork and rendering payment at the facility was quick and easy. The facility is well kept and cleanly. I was assisted by Rondo who was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am pleased with my experience.

Conveniently located clean space

I really like my storage space. It is secure and clean and easy access during daytime hours. It is a bit pricey compared to a few other spaces that I have had, so we will see if it is worth the difference!

Super great experience. Quick and friendly paperwork process with Rondo. Parked in the small loading zone off California and was shown the back entrance with more space. Escorted to the locker. Elevators are tricky but Rondo explained so was prepared. At least 4 cart/trolleys were available to use. Facility appeared to be quite clean even the restrooms.

Clean, well-maintained, and easy to access

This building is clean, well-maintained, and is easy to access -- while still being secure. Was able to quickly get in, view units, and rent one without any trouble. Only downside? It's not 24 hour access -- it currently closes at 10PM, something to eb aware of. Otherwise, no complaints.

Clean, friendly, and seems safe

Jason, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us move in after our long move. He let us use the back door when the dock was full and stayed late to keep the back open for us. Everything seemed very straightforward and the place looks clean and secure.

The salesperson was very helpful and courteous. The online reservation was user friendly and easy to use. I would recommend sparefoot storage.

My unit leaked and they were pretty horrible about it.

I would *strongly* recommend against renting here, because if there is a problem, they're going to be rude, defensive, and cheap, and they're going to do as little as humanly possible to help you fix it. I put my entire life's possessions in the unit over the summer. I came back after two weeks to pick a few things up, and a pipe running overhead had leaked into my unit, straight onto my kitchen table. When I told the building manager, he was defensive about it, and actually told me off for telling him about it in front of potential customers! (As if they didn't have a right to know.) They switched me to a different unit two floors down, and offered neither help nor compensation for the fact that I had to move all my stuff by myself that day, which took me over 8 hours since I couldn't get help on short notice. They wouldn't even lend me a second lock so that my stuff would be secure as I went back and forth between the floors. I asked them if they would up my insurance to a better plan, in lieu of any other compensation, and they even refused that. (They refused to do *anything* because "That's what insurance is for," despite the fact that insurance doesn't cover time spent moving units or any other additional costs, only damaged items.) They claim to never have had an issue with damage in a unit before, but if that's the case, would it have killed them to do *something* to show that they actually care about their tenant? Help me move my dresser, which was an impossible one-person task? Spend ten bucks a month to up my insurance? Even a token gesture would have been something, as compared to the "go-f*ck-yourself" attitude that I got. It makes me thing that issues must be much more common than they claim, if this is how they have to deal with it when they come up.

Very communicable and flexible

The pro rated pricing was very useful and the facility was well equipped. Turning into facility a bit difficult due to traffic at times but not bad. The agents I spoke with were very communicable and explained pricing well and worked with our move in time so acess was flexible.
