    Great service, very clean, easy to figure out

    Overall I had a positive experience with the facility and the staff. There is one thing that was incredibly frustrating that caused me to not give five stars: the elevator requires you enter your personal code, which is fine except it times out super quickly and somewhat randomly. This meant when I was moving my stuff in with movers who didn't speak a lot of English it was quite the hassle to get stuff from the truck, loaded into the elevator, and up to my third-floor unit. They need to change that. Otherwise I really like it there.

    Very modern and clean

    I changed from Public Storage to SafeGuard and the difference is night and day. SafeGuard is very modern and clean inside. South Loop Public Storage is old and run down and the elevators are unreliable. I'm happy with my decision to move to SafeGuard.
