    It went smoothly

    It went smoothly. I had reserved online. The clerk was awesome even though she was by herself. She explained everything as we did the walk through. Once we returned to the office to complete the process, a customer came in. The clerk kept her cool as the other customer became irate and still was able to complete our transaction.

    When first coming to Public storage over 2 years ago I met Bianca who made my moving transition easy and worry free. Bianca's knowledge was amazing she was very helpful and friendly & always went out her way to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Bianca's customer service went above and beyond, she's truly an asset to Public Storage.     great customer check in and easy to follow. I was able to do most of the heavy lifting online and then quickly be shown my unit and other paperwork. Would recommend!
