    Pricey, but excellent customer service.

    A bit pricey (3 times the cost of the same size unit in SW Florida), however it is smack dab in Chicago and customer service was excellent. Front desk clerk Mary was exceptionally professional! I give her 5 out of 5 stars. Place is old, but clean.

    Very Clean Facility and the staff in wonderful!

    I made an online reservation via "FindFastStorage.com". On my scheduled move in day I simply went into the front office and met J. Griffin - he was awesome. Gave me a quick tour, we completed the paperwork in about 10 minutes, explained any last minute questions I had and I was free to move in. Seriously, hassle free and quick which I really liked. This location (407 E. 25th Street, Chicago, IL) was an immaculate facility, and it is all brand new. Being it is in the city I figured parking when unloading my car may be a problem, but there are plenty of places to park by the door to make unloading your car easy and fast. I am very picky as to where I was willing to store my thing and this by far surpassed all my expectations. Highly, recommended.

    super friendly, reasonably priced storage space

    This spacious, apparently really popular (they said they are at 90% capacity) storage facility was wonderful. Their customer service was incredible and I couldn't recommend them enough. Location is centrally located, accessible and close to all of the major expressways - a plus for those of us who want to have access to something in the south loop area.
