    Charged an entire year's rent to move in.

    There was only a kiosk, so I couldn't move in without prepaying a year's rent. If you push the button on the kiosk to talk to a customer service representative, it says the number is out of service.

    Great Experience

    My experience was great. The manager made sure I was able to get in after hours because I was moving from out of state, he also made sure that I was in an accessible area due to having a big moving truck. Thank you so much.
