Good and helpful service. I was given a storage unit that was already taken when I got there but it was quickly figured out. The facility is far outside of town, but available carts made for a quick moving experience. Was cheaper than some other sites I saw.

A great deal

Definitely a great deal. It's very convenient that it's 24 hours. Although there are security measures in place, every time I went there the main door or garage door was left open by the person who was there last. But since there is also a lock on our actual unit it didn't bother me too much. The office cat is very cute :)

Nice place, pretty cheap

I've got a 5x5 unit and I'm using it for the next 9 months. So far seems pretty good, it seems pretty clean. I got the online discounted rate which is great. My only problem is that my unit is on the second floor, so it was pretty annoying carrying all my stuff up, especially since my unit was on the opposite end of the building.

Easy to move in , very helpful

Everything was smooth. Customer service was nice and very easy to follow on directions . There was nothing confusing or hard to follow. Smooth and would do it again next year .

Great if in hurry

Customer services is swift. Some lacks are important: the office is about two miles from the facility itself though no sign indicates it evidently. The place does its work, though no locks are provided.

Make sure you bring moth balls if storing clothes and other house hold items.

Cheap and friendly but barely built and bad location

Very cheap and good service but the place is barely built, just plywood, and sort of in the middle of nowhere. Not for the faint of heart or lover or quality but absolutely worth the price. Also, make sure to go to the office before going to the unit.

employees were nice, but it was not what I expectedz

Me & my dad were ripped off out of our money. I was told I would get the largest size room, when we got there, we measured it and it was not accurate. It was way smaller than what we were told. I called to make payment arrangements to get some money back and no one has returned a call from either me or my dad. That was in May, It's July 28. I will still be expecting some type of refund before I move my things out...we paid for something that we didn't get...and that is not right.

Not very secure

Only one of the two doors into my unit actually has a working lock. The other has duct tape over the latch and is propped open every time I visit. The walk-in gate appears to have no lock, so it seems that anyone can walk onto the grounds. I registered for a 5x15 outdoor accessible unit, but got instead an indoor unit, plus it wasn't even the size I requested. They offered to move me, but my things still fit so I stayed.

Get what you pay for

The 2nd floor 10'x10' units have a sloping ceiling and are more like 5.5'x15' which is misleading.

This building is still under construction, therefore, the rating for Cleanliness was difficult to ascertain. Would be nice if there was a freight elevator.

I'm very happy with costumer service & availability of unit.

Disappointed, there was a dead mouse in our unit and it was extremely dirty.

Disappointed since I used this facility before and this unit was dirty, had puddles on the floor and there was a dead mouse in the corner.
