    Friendly office staff and ease in getting a unit.

    Donna in the front office had reached out to me by phone before I called Energy Self Storage. She made the paperwork process easy. The facility is convenient to get to, and getting in and out is easy and reliable. My cost is set at what I would have paid in several other facilities in Idaho Falls but for 50% less space! I am very pleased with the value and convenience.

    Good customer service

    The overall process of getting into the unit was fast and great, I rented a 5x10 and got to other unit and it was not what I was expecting. I have no idea how they can say it will fit a one to two bedroom apartment in there. So I went back to the office and upgraded to a 10x15. The lady was very kind and willing to upgrade me immediately. Great customer service.

    Great Experience with Staff and Facility!

    Very quick and easy process. The lovely woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The prices are some of the best in town and I love that it has 24 hour access with a gate.

    My experience was great. They were efficient, fast, kind and great folks.

    I was even checked on while unloading the utility trailer and got an extra hand and some great advice. I really like it here. Great unit, completely filled. I have too much stuff! Great price. Great people running the place!

    HUGE mistake!!!!

    This was a huge mistake trying to get a storage unit through this site. I was trying to reserve one on Lincoln road and it assigned me a unit across town. I called the place and cancelled, but this web site keeps coming up on my email all the time!! I have tried to "ubsubscribe", but it will only say ..."error, site not found" when i click on the "unsubscribe" word. Hopefully this rotten review will get someones attention to quit contacting me!!!!!!!
