    Brandy, customer service agent, was very helpful to me

    Brandy told me I could leave a commendation for her on the Old Foundry Storage website. So I am leaving a commendation for her here. Brandy was very helpful to me in making my monthly payment. I ran into some snafus trying to use the automated payment system and she very quickly and smoothly explained my fees and allowed me to make a payment using our checking account. She was a very good customer service agent and she was very kind and patient with my questions. I hope this commendation might do her some good, as she was very helpful to me. I am just making a personal commendation for her here. I am not rating the facility in this review. I did not put the 5 stars in the review. It came with the review. I only wanted to leave a commendation for Brandy's helpfulness to me in making my monthly payment. Thank you. That said, we have been happy in general with using Old Foundry Storage, but I am not doing a review here for the company, just for the customer service agent named Brandy. Thank you.
