    I recommend Storage Mart.

    The only part I didn't care for was when I called to reserve a unit I was unaware at first that I was speaking with someone in Minnesota or Missouri, and I'm in Des Moines Iowa, so there were misunderstandings regarding the process, although in the end everything worked out ok. Deanna is down to earth and knows the business well, and cares about you having a good experience. I feel my belongings are safe and secure. I would definitely rent a unit again and recommend others to do so.

    Customer service

    Deanna the manager at Guthrie Ave Storagemart was so awesome to work with. She definitely knows her job well and she is the definition of someone that should be working with the public! I can’t say enough about this lady because I was that impressed with her. I would most definitely recommend this storage location because it’s always clean, affordable and I have never felt unsafe being in this facility alone!

    Nothing to add here, except got charged for space 40 more dollars than advertised
