Customer service at my location is top notch. The facilities are adequate. Albeit a little rundown and in need of minor repairs. My biggest complaint, and the reason for the 3 stars. Is there are only 2 dolly carts available. I've come twice, and have had to carry my belongings from the parking lot, to the elevator, and then to my storage unit. What would've taken one trip with a cart. Now takes 3.

Good Experience

Our other moving company suggested we use Public Storage in Kaneohe specifically. It is convenient and very quick introductory to how to use the facility. Steve was super helpful and answered all our questions. Fern is awesome and very enjoyable to talk too. I missed her when we checked in to sign up for our container. Her laugh is contagious!! Overall we are hoping our goods will be in good condition and that we have no issues with getting them in and out in good condition.

Recommended 100% They were very friendly as well as as open minded about storing your items. They were very kind. Please come and try them out. They have all different storage sizes that will fit your needs.

I have been renting a storage at Kaneohe Public Storage for 9 years and it's always clean and well maintained. This location has the best staff members, they are all very helpful, cheerful and friendly. Thank you Fern, Debbie, Ron and Steve for doing a great job. I will continue to rent at Kaneohe Public Storage. I recommend renting here.

Ive had my storage here nearly 2 yrs and Fern and her office crew have always been very helpful and assisted me when I moved 2 times to different size storage units. Their gate hours are convenient and stay open later than most.

I just got a public storage about two weeks ago I was very impressed with the customer service, as they were very helpful with what I needed as they went above and beyond with what I needed. Fern was the employee that helped me as I got the storage size that I needed and all of the employees are still helping me with the extras that I need thank you again Fern, and everyone at public storage in kaneohe.

Got my storage unit in Kaneohe, HI. Very nice facility and the staff members ( 2 females) were very friendly, informative, and overall attentive! Got what we needed and was shown the unit and given all instructions and everything that is connected with Public Storage. The only thing I found that could use some work is the pricing and amount due on signage of contract. I got an email that gave an amount that would be due at time of rental. It was also a promotion price for the first month being $1.00. In the email it said what would be due would be 24.00 and some change. So i had the amount with me in cash. What we didn't know was we had to purchase insurance and the lock. That was not factored in. I understand about the insurance because there would have to be a choice of what coverage. The lock I would think the price is a standard price. It was a bit of a offset and i guess it was good that we could use a debit/credit card. We did find the monthly rental a bit steep, but inflation is understandable. Other then that it's all good!

Customer Service

After I moved my stuff in, I received a phone call to see my if their was anything they could do to help. This type of customer service I thought was still something that didn't exist anymore, boy was I wrong, It does exist right here at this Public Storage facility. The people that I have worked with at public storage are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Every thing I needed to know,and every question I had was answered adequately. I had a great experience with public storage!

Storage

Steve in the Kaneohe Ofc was very helpful and courteous. My only concern is the exterior doors of the facility remain open all day and anyone can walk in if they get thru the gate. Why aren't there cypher locks (similar to the gate) on the exterior doors?

Better than expected!

Convenient location and friendly staff! The check-in process was easy and enjoyable, and I didn't have to pay in advance. Great rates. Professional with aloha...found me the perfect unit on 3 occasions! Keeping this latest 10 x 15. Secure. Needed boxes, bought them on the spot. They make it so easier that you don't have to go anywhere else (except for renting a truck!). Mahalo Fern and Debbie!
