Great service!!

Cheryl and Jacob were both very friendly and very helpful! Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Facilities were pretty clean with nice looking buildings, good lighting, good security, etc. 10/10 would recommend!

A little confusion but Quick & friendly

Found on line and called the number. Tho at first I was told that there was a little bigger space for the same amount and wasn’t told to few things. 1-That there would be insurance added to the amount 2-gave me a little bigger space But suggested that I buy my own lock. ( I was on a tight schedule and had to purchase a lock before coming to the store. So I purchased a lock. 3- I also asked if they sold it there, he said no. After that conversation and completing the questionnaire I went to a hardware store and bought a combination lock. To my surprise upon arriving in the store, I saw a wall of locks for purchase. At first it didn’t matter but when I was given a lock it had a special key for this particular space. I did not like having a key to hold/keep. I like having a combination. Non the less, I went in that day as I had 2 days to find a space. Got in and found a convenient spot as I was clearly showed how to begin process from beginning to end without delay. The clerk who was working by herself at that afternoon actually turned my little disappointment around which made the whole process completely worth the while.

I would recomment this facility to college students. Staff is very helpful and knowledgible about their space and paper work.

The price was unbelievable, the staff was amazing very inviting and informative and knowledgeable and cookie went above and beyond and very detailed when I was taken to the Storage unit!! You definitely don’t want to lose these two local women,take care of them !!!and this is the first time I’ve ever met them and I felt like I’ve known them my whole life……. much Mahalo’s🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Easy access, clean and great staff.

Cookie and Jackson were fantastic. Down to earth, friendly folks, indeed. Jackson showed us the facility and later took care of the paperwork. The place was new and very clean. The prices on the units were reasonable, and we decided on a unit quickly. Security is pretty good, but the access into the unit was easy. We were able to store our items without any difficulties.

We are so pleased to initiate a relationship with StorQuest. Allyson Goodness and Raj (sp?) were friendly, knowledgable, helpful and the all around consummate professionals. We feel very safe leaving our personal items in such good hands. In addition, we were blown away by the cleanliness of the facility and very much appreciate the security details. Very happy it is NOT a 24 -hr facility. Having staffed hrs enhances safety for sure! Mahalo! Aloha.

Great service and facility

Jake was very friendly, helpful and clear in explaining things including insurance. Took a while for him to let me in the office as he was alone and showing a customer around, then was on the phone for a long time with another. Jake got me a unit in the aircon area for same price as non aircon space. Old trolleys were a bit hard to maneuver as wheels in front do not rotate so easier to use them backwards. New trolleys much better. Overall great experience in registering and moving my things in. Thanks Jake.

Best storage in town!

Terrific experience with Moonui Storage from my first call all the way through to move it. The staff are helpful, anticipate my concerns, available to help out to be sure the rental and move in went well. The facility is brand new, conveniently located off H-1, and spotlessly clean. We used the huge rolling door to move in at the staff's suggestion, with dolly available to move furniture. Parking right outside so it was a breeze. I was so nervous about the move but the staff and facility made it easy. Highly recommended

Reasonably priced, Friendly Staff

I would have given them 5 stars except the elevator isn’t working. The staff was very friendly and helpful and showed me many different options and helped me pick out a unit. They will definitely be my first choice if I need another unit.

The best so far

The online portion was fast and easy, couldn’t be happier with the experience. Pulled in to the lot the next day at the given timeline and the gentleman was very helpful. He gave me a tour of the place, informed me on how to use the code system and the locks, and gave me my paper work AND copies of them. Its legit.

The facility is extremely clean with extremely friendly and real staff. The price also is unbeatable. I never rented a unit before although I know I won’t be renting anywhere else as long as this company is an option. More than happy with choice and experience so far!
