It was the space I needed. The only thing was that when I rented the big space I was told it was on second floor, but it was the 3rd involving an elevator.

Clean facility and friendly service

Jasmine assisted me at the facility when i made my reservation. My unit is larger than expected which was great. Friendly service. They also offer uhauls so made my moving a breeze.

Seamless Process

Tia was professional, friendly and provided excellent customer service. She explained everything thoroughly during the facility tour and answered all my questions. The facility is clean, spacious and secure. I was a little annoyed by the advertisement mentioning a first floor unit when I secured my reservation. When I arrived, it was actually located on the 3rd Floor. I ended up compromising due to the proximity of the unit to the elevator. Overall Sparefoot and Tia made the process seamless and efficient.

GREAT SPACE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO!

I made an online appointment; got there almost five minutes to close due to traffic. I was still waited on with a smile; my paperwork process was less than 10 minutes. We visited my storage area which clean. The entire facility was clean, cool and well lit.
