    The prices are very good.

    The prices are good and it's near my home. The carts are easy to find because they have a designated area for then. The unit are kept clean, and they have good lighting.

    Dishonest hustlers

    Every step of the way I felt like I was being hustled. Customer service reps need to be on the same page as the store managers. This experience was utterly ridiculous!

    Great set up

    Drove way out of our way for this storage and was surprised when we arrived. We did all the necessary paperwork and then got a tour to use the facility. We finalize the paperwork and moved our belongings. Will keep this company in mind for future moves.

    The check-in was very quick & accommodating

    The agent understood when we asked to bypass the tour of the space for the sake of time and even let us use her step ladder so we could stack as high as possible.

    Worth it for the price!

    I got a great deal when I reserved the unit online. The girl who helped me check in was very helpful, as well. She got us in promptly and answered all my questions that I had then. I would definitely recommend others to use this company for their storage needs.
