I found myself in a situation where I had to find some place to store the last 6 years of my life. Someone very close to me, used to have a contract with you all, so I decided to give it a try. I found the info online with no problem, booked the reservation, and the manager called right back... She is awesome! Give her a raise! She gave me a tour, made it easy for me to upgrade the original option I chose, easy going great customer service... She really made this transition a pleasant experience for me. Thank you!!!

Homeless and needed a place to store my stuff until I get a new place

I think that providing there own truck very convenient

customer service was excellent.

However, I did have a problem with my unit not being cleaned prior to my move-in. I had to sweep it myself and there were broken glass inside of the unit. Also, there were dirt around the corners and edges that are hard to reach. Would like to recommend a good steam cleaning prior to renting.

everything was great until I went to return a mattress cover which was the wrong size they insisted I had a receipt and all I wanted to do was exchange and then she wanted to sell me another one at a discount really this upset me for $5 you're going to lose a customer

staff very nice. there should be a better difference in prices. A small storage should save you more than a5.00 difference
