    First storage rental

    I’ve helped friends move there belongs in to storage units so I never interacted with the facilities key holder. This is my first time renting one. I must say hands down the manager on duty , Tammy was very thorough from giving me a golf cart ride to show my my unit and the layout of the facility, down to every fine detail of my rental agreement. She could tell I was stressed from the sell of my home along with packing my life up to store away, she just made me feel at ease. Customer service reps in all business aspects need to mirror her on how to treat customers. Goes along way with me
