    Fair pricing, difficulty with moving in.

    Upon move in day it was not very straight forward as I registered in advance. I received lots of texts and emails so I spent the morning sifting through all of them to finally find the website to begin the check in process. I work through my phone so I receive a lot of phone calls and texts. Average person may have less difficulty. Finished the paperwork and proceeded to search for the space. Was not easy, but I found a door where I assume my space was inside. Unfortunately there was a lock that required a key so I could not enter. Had to call customer service for assistance. Luckily they were able to transfer me to another unit. During the phone call I'm receiving a bunch of text messages about codes needed to access units. Keep in mind these must be robot generated as I originally sent text that code didn't work, but I did not receive response. The signs on the walls have a website to help with accessing units, but my number was not showing in that system. Either way I needed a different unit as the original one had a lock on it I could not open. Thankfully customer service got it all switched. Then she mentioned required insurance which I did not see anywhere in my original paperwork. May have missed it, but she would not let me switch until she could charge for the insurance or get copy of my insurance. I'm in the middle of moving and did not bring that paperwork with me so I just added the charge. Not sure if that's listed somewhere in the pricing. Just fyi add an extra $11/mo if you don't have your insurance info available when you call them. It doesn't sound like it covers much from what was briefly explained.

    Stressful

    The unit I reserved online ended up being full of someone else’s stuff. This place has unorganized staff. This was my first time using a self storage facility that had no employees on site. I also moved out on the 9th of the month and they do not pro rate your bill upon move out .

    Yes, now that I understand how everything works.

    It was difficult to get into the gate at first and then it was difficult to find the unit. Had to call back a few times and get specific directions and help. My unit is too big for the small amount of things I have to put in it. I did not ask for unit to be climate controlled. It would be a great improvement it this facility had someone in the office on premises, atleast during the business hours.

    Locked out

    I reserved a unit online and it was a inside unit. When arriving we quickly figured out the keypad to get inside of the building was not working so there was no way to get to the unit and no one was on site to assist. We had to call the hotline was on hold about 30 minutes and was there for over an hour before anything was finally resolved. The woman on the phone gave us different temp codes to use on the keypad none worked, it was broken. She had to change my reservation to a unit outside. Which was fine, just a lot of hassle that was not needed.

    Great Deal, Convenient Location they get an A

    I found this gem of a storage facility after I had to move out of apartment rather sudden. The process was fast and the prices were very reasonable. They have many different size units from small to large, as well as climate controlled storage units. I highly recommend this place!

    The new guy there is not a professional in regards to customer service .

    On more than 1 occasion I have observed the new guy and his friends getting high on the property very offensive language and never cleans up and will not get the gate operational I signed a contract stating the facility is secure and it is obviously not with the gate never closed .I see people that don't rent units on the property doing as they please it's not what I see and up for

    Locked out

    I was locked out and had to move everything again. The storage's payment system was down, so therfore I couldn't get into storage on the day I needed to. I don't like auto. I want a person on site.
