This place is a self-serve location. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not a customer service agent in the office. I overall like the price and size of my unit . I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have complaints as of today.

There when I needed them most

My husband and I have recently decided to move from our current situation since the family has expanded. Public Storage was the first thing we thought of and with their first month being only a $1, the space we got is more than we expected. Other than it raining on our move in date, everything went smoothly and the customer service I received was great.

Chasity is AWESOME!!!!!! She has excellent customer service and she makes you feel like the company appreciates your business. She has made this transitional move smooth for my family and I. They did a great job in hiring her.

Chasidy is a great manager. She remembers me by name. She works with me and knows her job. Don't let her leave!

I recently sold my 4 bedroom house a lot quicker than anticipated and needed to find an apartment, as well as a large storage unit to secure most of my furniture. I went to Public Storage and met Chasity who was approachable, engaging and extremely professional. Chasity partnered with me to demonstrate and effortless customer experience.

I have two storage spaces at this location, it's safe and secure, Ms. Chasidy was the best , she explained everything from dos and donts, all the options you can take advantage of with using Public Storage. She is always around the property cleaning and showing units, and she calls me by my first name. So ??'s to Chasidy and Public Storage.
