Respectful and helpful staff

I met both Karen and Shericka when I rented my storage room with the facility last week. Karen was training Shericka and Shericka did a wonderful job. She answered all my questions and if she didn't know the answer she asked Karen for clarification. I really appreciate the customer service they both provided me. I would recommend this facility to everyone that ask for a storage place.

I found customer service to be very helpful and all my questions were answered . the climate control is cheaper than any other place. They even have restrooms we can use if need be. The rwntal process was stress free. Yall go there if u want a good safe place to store ur belongings.. Angie

The onsite manager (Karen)is very friendly and professional.I had a long talk with her before and during the rental process, she answered all my questions and allowed me time to make my decision. I would definitely recommend Life Storage.

The customer service was exceptional and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied in every way. At first I was a bit put off finding out each facility had different specials at any given time as I had initially chosen one that was further away from my where Im residing but the Manager made sure I was satisfied once I continued with my booking. I'd recommend this facility for its easy access, HUGE grounds and more than friendly customer service!

Accommodating customer service, great accessibility, and super secure!

I needed to move my belongings to Atlanta from Chicago and was having a hard time finding an affordable storage unit that seemed like it would be safe and secure. When I came across Life Storage, they were available and willing to answer all of my questions, no matter how many times I called back with something new to ask. Jennifer was very thorough in explaining the rental agreement and making sure I could access both the building with my code and my individual unit before I signed anything. I appreciate the detailed information they provided me with-- their transparency completely put me at ease with storing my belongings there. I intend to recommend them to anyone I know in the area who needs to rent a storage unit!
