They found me a units that was covered within 12 miles from my home.

Not the coolest, but quite convenient and quiet.

Like the title says, the indoor units could be cooler, but the place is tucked away from prying eyes and pretty quiet.

Nancy was the best. I work Downtown but live in Acworth. She was willing to stay open a little while later just so I could get there and finalize my paperwork.

Teresa at this facility on Bells Ferry Road was extremely helpful, very thorough, and pleasant to do business with. She offered to sell me boxes, blankets, Etc. She made sure that I understood all of the terms of the contract, show me the facility and explained how things worked, and rented me a unit. Again she was very thorough about ensuring that I knew what to expect and was completely satisfied.

Love Teresa in the front office. She is always there to take care of what ever you may need & offers a friendly face every time you visit! She knows her customers by name & face. Rates are reasonable & I know my belongings are safe at all times.

Theresa at the Bells Ferry Public Storage is an absolute superstar! When we moved into our unit last year she made everything a breeze. When I was trying to move out movers didn't show and show stopped to check and make sure I was ok after sitting on my truck a while trying to figure stuff out even had a few suggestions to help! Finishing out was very easy with her and she made sure I was well taken care of. Thanks a ton!

Teresa helped me when I walked in and wasn't even sure what I needed she was nice, friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable of everything that I had asked. She was very helpful and I will send anyone to see her at the kennesaw location.

Theresa is fantastic! She helped me from day one with providing accurate information and advice on the best option for my needs. She was flexible and understanding when issues came up. She tirelessly keeps the property in great shape and there were always carts available for checking out. I recommend this particular site as I was satisfied overall.
