Customer service done right!

It was extremely busy when I came however I was not ignored. Can't remember the sweet ladies name who helped me on the Saturday I arrived but she was professional and very attentive to myself and the others who were there being assisted. I am glad I selected this location.

Mgr. provided exemplary service. As I was trying to procure a storage unit and all the necessities needed for moving from out-of-town, I encountered many potential setbacks. The mgr., however, simplified the issues and enabled me to make a very easy transition.

Having had storage units for over 20 years on and off, I was surprised at how nice and helpful Portia and Stacy were to deal with. Never had as pleasant experience at any of the dozens of storage facilities I had used in the past. Good attitude and eager to help. Stacy even put some water bottles in the freezer for me and my two movers, as it was the hottest day of the year to date and sweltering outside. That little thing right there, that matters, and set General Storage apart, way apart from all others!

Overall the atmospere was pleasant and the customer service was excellent.
