Good stuff, but the pricing was a little confusing.

I wish was a little better on pricing for my limited time planning to be there and the spacing that I purchased, but the customer service was absolutely amazing! The units are clean and seem to remain a reasonable temperature. Overall a great experience so far!

Quick, precise, and very knowledgable about the units. Explained in detail of everything expected of me. Overall, very nice service by Ms. Esther.

Meghan was so helpful and helped us pick the best unit for the price. She was very patient as we looked to find the best one in the best spot. Great convenient location.

I cam into the office and my unit door was stuck and the young lady was kind to help me. It took a minute but we got it opened. She was very helpful. Thanks Sayida for helping me out.

Pretty easy

Megan was helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside to my location was in that she is the only staff and works more than one location...so the office line doesn't always get answered.

Leasing space w/Public Storage

My experience went smooth and professionally. I reserve my space on line went to the property met with Myessha and she was totally prepared and friendly. The paperwork was processed and we were ready to start occupying the space in a short time.

The young lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. My overall experience was extremely favorable. I doooo have one suggestion to make, however. I have a lot of pain with spinal stenosis/sciatica. I kept wishing and wishing for a CHAIR for me to be able to sit down ! When I went in.........another customer was setting up a storage unit for herself, so naturally I had to wait until SHE was finished, before getting help for myself. BUT.......even if the other customer had NOT been there first........I STILL would have NEEDED to sit down !
