Move in went smoothly

Chamberlain and Chris helped us with the move in process. The rates are better than where we were - we are storing a travel trailer. Very friendly staff and clean property.

I went on-line to save a spot, but had questions. The person I spoke with when I called was from the main office for Extra Space. He was very nice and helped me reserve a unit to be paid for in a couple days. When I went into sign the paperwork and pay for the unit, the manager, sorry that I cannot remember his name, was very nice and professional. He explained everything very well and we had a few jokes and fun while doing the boring stuff. He then took us to our storage unit. It was perfect. It didn't have spiderwebs, which at this time of the year is amazing. The app is great and very convenient. I look forward to a nice long-term relationship with this company. If anything changes, I will report back to you.
