    Nice clean units, would definitely recommend

    Maybe I didn't see it but I think when you walk into the storage buildings there should be a map on the wall to better locate your storage unit, the numbering is a little confusing.

    Remote Move-in

    I had a move-in company move out my stuff from my former residence to a storage unit in my absence. This was facilitated by the Storage Unit. Everything went well!

    Thank you for cleaned

    Clean. No offense odor. Customer service on the phone great. But no one at the since I moved my stuff. When I gave all the information to the first person to rent this place. He place all the incorrect information. Which it was a nightmare for us. Finally, I call a different person a woman and she asked me all the questions that the first person didn't.

    Great Experience

    Checking in was wonderful. Ricey was friendly, helpful, answered all my questions, and wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t done with checking me in until she walked outside to make sure I knew how to use the keypad. The unit itself was nice, clean, and conveniently located.

    Incompetent

    Had a reservation but when I get there its not ready and in wrong floor than reserved. Associate was rude and kept telling us it was almost closing time to come back tomorrow cause his shift was almost over in 15 mins and he didnt have time to fix issue.
