Canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find password / door/building Callbox code

I Can NOT easily find my Door code to enter the building in my emails!! Nor through MANAGE ACCOUNT!! You canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t Manage anything with the reservation! Why the door code password is Not in the 8 emails Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m Constantly strolling is beyond me!! I just got locked out and had to Leave!

I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know who I talked to exactly over the phone exactly but she was very sweet and very helpful definitely recommend using and they have great discounts.
