At the Public Storage on 680 Piedmont Rd in Marietta GA both Ebny (mgr) & Jendra were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in executing the storage rental process. This allowed me to obtain my storage needs in a friendly and timely manner.

I was very happy with the service help I received. From viewing different units to purchasing one. It was a very easy and enjoyable experience.

I had to write a review on the amazing customer service that I have been given by Yvonne. When I had to leave my home and put my things in storage, it was the most stressful time ever. Yvonne was the best to work with. She calmed me recognized I was under stress. She was kind, informative and professional and I sensed her compassion. Yvonne was great! I had to downsize into a smaller unit and she helped me find the closest unit possible. Also when I arrived that morning she let me know of a recently vacated unit which was almost $30 cheaper a month. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend using this storage facility.

Yvonne, the Property Manager, has been incredibly helpful on every level. My first encounter with her - after I had visited some other properties - I knew she would make a point to find me the perfect unit. And she did just that! She goes out of her way to assist - even with the smallest of requests. Thanks Yvonne - your professionalism shines brightly every day. I truly appreciate everything you do!

Very easy to set up an appointment online to lock in a unit.

It was very easy to pick out a suitable size unit online, I found exactly what I was needing and when I went to the office it only took a few minutes to complete the paper work and the I was set to move in.
