I moved to a smaller unit and sure appreciate the help from the office staff. We accidentally left a cooler and they called to let me know it would be in the office. Honesty is precious these days.

Climate Control Floors Are Not Cool, Dirty Floors

This Storage Facility In Back Is Not Cool In The Summer. The Air Was Not On Any Time We Visited Our Unit Until We Arrived. Then The Air Would Turn On. Floors Are Not Clean, White Chalky Film. The Carts Available Are Filthy & Should Be Replaced. Security Cameras Are Only On The Ground Level As You Enter The Building. Our Rate Was Raised 15% After The First Year, Yet New Rates Were Lower Than Our Original Rate. The Bay Doors Were Left Up 24 Hours Many Times As They Were Not Repaired. We Had To Call Corporate Over 7 Times In Reference To The Lack Of A Secure Facility. The Lights In The Building Are On Timers, They Also Were Faulty & Would Not Come On At Night Several Times. An Older Woman Office Worker Gave Out Our Personal Information To A Third Party Solicitor During Our Day Of Departure. This Individual Interfered With Our Movers & We Had To Contact The Police. This Facility Was Not Professionally Operated During Our Time 2021-2022, Not Clean Nor In Working Order & Smells Like Rodent Odor & Poison.

Manager was very nice and knowledgeable. Checked on my boys and offered them water while they were unloading my truck. Showed genuine concern for us and ensured that I understood all of the vagaries of renting a storage space. I would definitely recommend the facility.
