Moving in was a breeze. I reserved the unit online and received an email with all the information I need to move in. It was so easy and well organized.

I was very pleased with the price of the unit. The service was excellent. The manager there was able to help me with the small issues I had with my lock and she was very welcoming and friendly.

Fast, Friendly and Efficient

We arrived at the facility and the manager in charge was the only employee there. She very quickly dealt with the 2 people ahead of us, but still made time to greet us and let us know she would help us as soon as possible. When our turn came, she closed the office, escorted us to the unit we were actually renting, stayed with us, answered all our questions. During this time she never once made us feel like we were bothering her, nor that she had to get back to the office. When we went back to the office to complete paperwork, she very thoroughly finished business with us, and as with us, greeted 2 other customers and let them know she would be right with them. The facility is clean, well managed, and as advertised

Customer service was great and the process was easy but my score would've been higher if I knew all of the fees and charges ahead of time.

Ok but price could be better

its a very nice place, but didnt know about the extra cost. you should give customers the option for insurance not force them to pay one of three options. Its clean and the the lady is very lovely!
