We drove to a nearby storage facility and we were appalled by the stench of urine and the unfriendly staff. This led us to checking out the Public Storage facility. The service staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The building was very clean and the bathrooms available on each storage floor was an amazing treat. Highly recommend.

Elevator issues and rude employee!

The facility is beautiful, clean and new. The elevators are large, BUT the doors close FAST and there is not enough time to load furniture without holding the door. One woman at the front desk kept yelling at us that we were holding the elevators and would not listen to us that the timing on the doors was too fast to fill the elevator from the moving truck. We ended up trying to take up one or two pieces at a time which was not efficient. More upsetting, though, was that the employee was rude, upsetting and very unsympathetic about the real problem we were having. She even threatened me with "If the elevator breaks, we will know who to come to". We were doing our best and even the movers we hired were shocked at her rudeness.

Your location at 1301 Mercer Ave West Palm is wonderful . I will give that that location 100 stars all the employees was very helpful,especially Aimee,but I had a bad experience with the location on 4200 Okeechobee Blvd ,the girl that works in the front desk has no customer service skills ,looks like she don't won't to be there has a nasty attitude.
