Amazing customer service

I had an outstanding experience at the storage facility, thanks to James. Unfortunately, my initial interaction with another staff member was less than helpful. I was informed that I only had seven days to move into my unit, or I would forfeit my reservation. However, James stepped in and went above and beyond to assist me. His support made all the difference in my experience. If you decide to rent from this facility, I highly recommend asking for James!

Very safe, clean and costs less.

Nicer and safer than a place I had paid way more for. When I had told the manager of the other place the wall had fallen down, she wasn't concerned at all. Even though it would have only taken a removal of 2 screws to walk into the next unit. She didn't even want to transfer me to a new unit.

I set up everything online which made setting up in the office much easier. Customer service was great and the facility is nice and clean. I also love the first month half off!

Easy Self-storage

Everything went fairly smoothly. Staff was courteous and showed me how and where I'd normally be going to access my storage locker. The sliding locks seem much more secure and solid than my previous experience with U-haul and Public Storage locks. The combination for entry is easy to remember by their system. Elevators and access to free hand carts makes things really easy.

With covid cleanliness is of importance and every time I enter the back elevator there is a stain on the floor and walls with the strong smell of urine

Professional staff which made selection of unit and check-in easy. Very helpful with all needs and made sure all my questions were answered. Lots of carts on site to move your boxes.

I just moved in and the only thing I can see that would help is a sign at the bottom says “please return carts here”

Very clean and good space for the price. Procedures for renting were very simple and quick. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Move in went smoothly. Even being on 2nd floor it worked out beautifully. Hand carts were available and very helpful. Just automatic door was a nuisance but it all worked out and went well!! Thanks 👍😊
