Met Expectations

Love the gate access upon driving in. Have not tried the app yet. Climate building is clean and cool. Outside could could use a little clean up, other than that - overall meeting my expectations so far, and at a great price. Gentleman behind the counter is very courteous.

Professional and secure

Customer service was great. They walked me through the process every step of the way. I also appreciate that there are dollies and door props available in the climate controlled area. So many other storage facilities don't have this and it makes moving in/out a huge hassle. Rates were also great and the manager was friendly and helpful.

Nice storage facility

This is a really nice and convenient storage facility in Sanford Florida. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable and how to tour the unit before we sign for it. The monthly fees are competitive and it is safe and secure.

The facility is not new, but very well maintained and looks new! The climate controlled interior is very comfortable and the double outside doors make it easy to access.

From finding the unit we needed, reserving it, and confirming it, to the facility and ease of access, it has been a wonderful experience. Very clean, professional and secure. We are very happy with our selection of this property. It was also very reasonably priced, making it affordable amidst so many moving expenses.

Bad place

I am a disabled veteran. My caregiver went to pay for the unit and they would not let her pay with my debit card. She had to go and get cash to pay. Also, in the phone making the reservation I was told a lock would be $14.99. When she was paying, they told her the lock was $19.99. I do not recommend anyone to use this facility

No move in Specials

I chose this location because of the monthly rate. However the unwillingness of any staff or manager to do any move in promo leaves me not wanting to continue there long term. It is 50$ higher to move on here than most others I found. When you are already in financial bind, you don't need more added onto that. As far as the unit it is larger than others and has a very large height, great for stacking. The sun faces the isle I am on, worrying me about my items. Customer service needs to change as well as offers for AAA, disabled, or seniors. The gate is broken which I don't see being fixed anytime soon. That does concern me.

Efficient for my needs

I just needed a small storage for my items until I move and I found a clean, secure storage that did just that.

Great Location

Facility is located close to residential areas and easily accessible from a major road which connects several cities. The storage area is clean, well lit, and very secure. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage.

Wonderful Management

We decided to move our stuff to a Sanford storage while we waited for our apartment tot be ready end of October, we just moved from Kissimmee to Sanford due to work transfer. Bridget was so kind over the phone when she reminded me of the reservation I had made, and in person she was pleasant,really helpful, and very efficient. I'm truly grateful you have this kind of Management at your property. Two thumbs up!
