Easy access, unit was clean, I would recommend it to anyone

Didn't have the unit I reserved

I reserved a 10x10 unit and they said it wasn't actually available so they "upgraded" me to a 7.5x15. Sounds great, but after looking at the pricing, these units are normally less than what I reserved but they charged the same amount. I'll have to keep an eye out and see if cost changes, otherwise I'll likely leave due to what feels like shady business. That said, the gentleman who assisted me was very friendly.

It couldn't get any better than it is!!!

The day went smoother than I thought it would and the room was more than adequate!!!

CONVENIENT BUT BAD HOURS

THIS FACILITY HAS NICE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE, IT'S CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AND IT'S KEPT CLEAN. ALL OF THIS IS NEGATED BY VERY LIMITED HOURS OF ACCESS. THE WEEKDAY HOURS ARE 9AM TO 5:30PM. TOO LATE IN THE MORNING TO ACCESS BEFORE I HAVE TO GO TO WORK AND TOO EARLY IN THE AFTERNOON TO GET THERE IN TIME AFTER I GET OFF WORK. I'M A CONTRACTOR AND I'VE PLACED SOME TOOLS THERE I RARELY USE SINCE BUSINESS HAS GROWN AND DON'T HAVE ENOUGH ROOM. I KNEW THE HOURS WHEN I SIGNED UP, BUT I'VE COME TO REALIZE THAT UNLESS IT'S SOMETHING YOU WILL NEVER NEED IT'S POINTLESS TO STORE IT THERE. I'M ABOUT TO MAKE MY FIRST PAYMENT AND WAS GOING TO DO IT ONLINE. THERE'S A $2 CONVENIENCE FEE ATTACHED TO THAT. IT'S NOT A LOT EACH MONTH BUT WOULD ADD UP OVER TIME. I'VE STORED AT OTHER FACILITIES THAT DON'T HAVE THIS SURCHARGE. THIS IS A PURE MONEY GRAB SO IT'S ONE MORE THING THAT SOURS ME ON CUBESMART. I'LL HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE.
