YOUR WORKER DID NOT KEEP PRICE OFFERED AT RESERVATION

I reserved a unit recently at 1600 Sample Rd, paid the amount that was requested and Michael said to me if I will pay months ahead at the time of moving in, I could keep the same price. When I moved in he was not there,I was ready to pay for a few months ahead and the lady at the front desk told me that the information that was given to me at the reservation day was incorrect, that your company does not offer this kind of service. I HAD JUST MOVED IN, and could not move my belongings out because I had no time or movers to remove them to other place! I got very upset! Is this a FALSE INFORMATION GIVEN TO GET CUSTOMERS ?? OBVIOUSLY I GOT FRUSTRATED AND REGRETTED TO HAVE RESERVED AN UNIT AT YOUR STORE,and I would like to have a supervisor to call me and explain about it. 561-2930118 I will be waiting for your call! Also, there were cockroaches in the unit, which was disgusting! I was told that the units are not mopped or disinfected for a new customer after being emptied, which is unhygienic - bad for our health! And the unit showed me in the reservation day was much closer to the front door, what would help me with my disabilities and injury, but in moving in day they gave me one much further back, what makes more difficult for me to get belongings to/from the unit. Conclusion was, customers CAN NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I am expecting an explanation and to have the same price mentioned when I reserved the unit. I will waiting for you feedback! Your system choose the stars, do not let me choose... very weird ...

Does not have carts avail to use after hours...That is a MUST at storage!!

Moved in business inventory at 7pm and this Public storage did not have carts avail to use after hours...That is a MUST at storage facilities!! I have rented at many other self storage places (including other Public Storages) and they always had carts avail to use after hours...This is a deal breaker as I have no room in my truck to bring one...

Like that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s new and the customer service was readily available. Customer service was FANTASTIC! Only suggestion would be to have trash cans as there was trash and a bottle of pee left on the floor.

When I reserved the unit on line the price was $110 a month and then when I went in store I was charged $120 a month.
