Move-In issues

The Lease was very difficult to complete on my phone. I had to wait & do it on my home PC. Then, after I did that & provided all documents, there was no one at the facility when I took my RV in. The virtual assistant, Hillary, was great and she gave me the gate access code but did NOT tell me that the gate would only open for vehicles, not people walking! She gave me my parking space # but the numbers were all so faded, they were illegible. I could not find the # she'd given me so finally just parked in an empty space & texted Hillary where I'd left it. Then I tried to leave but could not get the gate to open. I called several times but got VM. Finally, I saw a corner of th efence that was bent back and got down on my hands & knees to squeeze thru. Later, the Mgr called to apologize & agreed to meet me on Sat to show me my space & how to get out.

Issues

The facility has several issues with the fence, and parts of the wall are scattered across the grass. Additionally, I've encountered a problem with my gate entry code—the code I received on the day I signed the contract has never worked. I was informed that I would need to wait a few days for it to sync with the system, but as of today, it is still not functioning. Currently, I am using a temporary code provided by an agent, but I'm unsure how long it will remain valid.

Dirty and no customer service

Dead Rat in new storage unit. Nobody bothered to check it before we moved in. Really disgusted and disappointed.

Still not in. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s double locked and no one to take them off

After the second day of attempting to get into the storage unit Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m still not able to. The first day it turned out that I was at the wrong location and was not informed of it until an hour and a half later of trying to get into it into one of the units. So today I go to the storage unit and they have two locks on each side, not allowing me to get into it so I go to the office to get some help and the office door is locked up and knock on the door and no one answers so I called the phone number on the door And I keep getting disconnected. So I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know how the hell to talk to someone about this and about to ask for money back and go to storage facility taken care of right away.
