Easy process. Only issue so far is staffs not always at the office on time. I took my lock off to run a few loads. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make it back hbefore the last cut off so I had to wait for like an hour for staff to come in the office to get whatever code it was on the lock they put on my unit the next day

The garage doors are old and not very reassuring but it's simple in and out and clean

I like the facility. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s proximity to the traffic light makes it difficult to get in and out of.

Great Customer service

The Price is unbeatable and the spaces are clean. It was an easy online check-in process and I Moved my items in right away! The location is not ideal, but it feels safe. I only visit the storage within business hours though.

I have to give a thank you to Shela we were I. Florida for my mom in hospice and we had to go through her home and get to the airport and this wonderful kind lady stayed after her shift to help us. I haven't ever had that kindness from a storage place ever. She was a God sent angel. Not only did we get to our plane on time but I tried to give her something for trouble but she wouldn't take it. Thank you!!

Lots of hidden fees

I feel like as the personalities and customer service was great I feel like there's a lot of hidden fees that they do not tell you it from one price and it's almost doubled by the time you're finished with insurances and fees because you have to buy their lock you can't buy your own etc. Every page they turn when they're explaining everything to you is a new payment for something they didn't tell you about before that is why am getting this to stars it is definitely a sales game for them and they try to get every penny
