The security is not good

The security is not good To get to units by elevator All you have to do is push button to call for elevator, no code, there is no gates or fences around facility, no code to get into parking area. If i were a bad guy it would take me about 2 sec to get into the storage areas. This is not good, you should re evaluate this facility please

Great employees, so/so lifts and climate control

Well, the employees are very helpful. They really do try and explain everything in detail. However, the elevators are always breaking and the climate control doesn't really do a good job of keeping moisture out of the air. I know because I've got a couple of Damp Rid containers in my climate controlled unit and they fill up fast. But, for the price and convenience, it's worth it in the end.

Terrible spot to store your belongings

I just got back from Public Storage where I intended to put a carload of things into my storage unit. The bay door does not open after hours, so I had to go in, bring out a cart, unload my car, and key myself back in. once I did so, I learned that both elevators are broken, and apparently BADLY broken. (so is the water fountain, but that's nothing in comparison.) SO, I loaded my belongings back in my car and drove home. They're still in the car, and the items I wanted to bring home from the unit are still locked up. I never would have rented a unit here had I realized how badly it is managed and how poorly maintained the premises are. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Very nice facilities

Very nice facilities, but lots of rules needed in the process to reserve and secure unit as well as payment options. Overall would recommend. Manager was quite friendly and helpful!!!

Excellent Property Manager

It is in a convenient location for us and the Property Manager is the best! She is very professional, courteous and keeps the property in good condition. Rhonette is, without a doubt, the best manager that has ever been at this property.

once I choose this location online and reversed a storage I got call the property Manager Rhonnett to confirm and answer any questions I had. I got there 30mins before closing some way some how Rhonnett was able to assist myself, two other customers, and answer the phones at same time . I was able to get quick, speedy, detail info and the keys to my storage. I got lucky with a first floor unit near an exit SWEET! Very clean and great space for what I need. Thank you

Wish the carts were always available as to with my free time and needs I am currently having to move stuff before office opens and a pain ro try and get up elevator with disabilities and fight picking up and down get in and out door quicly other then that love the folks at my storage center

My experience with the Public Storage facility I have items stored at was fantastic. The first one I tried and reserved at wasn't big enough for the item's I have. So, the assistant manager phoned another facility that held the unit for me until I arrived. I am extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend them to others.
